Our products ship within 24 hours using USPS with delivery in 3-5 business days. To return your product, please send an email to info@needfulthingzbodyoils.com You will be sent a return label for shipping your item.
Exchanges/Refunds
If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item, send us an email at info@needfulthingzbodyoils.com Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. You will be notified by email upon approval or rejection of your refund. Once refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
30 Day Returns Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. After which time, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Eligible items must be returned in the condition you received them, along with original packaging.
